YOGA & WELLBEING RETREAT
Our 2 night, fully catered weekend yoga retreats are the perfect way to relax with friends and family. Each retreat is an intimate experience with a small group of between 4 and 6 people and with 5 Yoga sessions taught over 2 days you really will feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
We can tailor each package to your needs, whether its for a special birthday with friends, a hen weekend or weekend break with colleagues.
YOGA
Julie is a certified Yoga Teacher from France. She teaches both Ashtanga and Gravity Yoga in English and French. She has been practicing Yoga for over 15 years and has a great deal of experience.
5 classes of yoga will be offered over the weekend. However, there is no pressure to attend every yoga class if you don't want to. A mix between two styles of yoga will be taught, taking place in a beautiful setting.
Inexperienced or advanced, Julie will adapt to your needs. She will make sure that you enjoy the sessions and that you feel comfortable and relaxed during the retreat weekend. She enjoys the challenge of finding the best approach to ensure that all students learn to the best of their abilities and take a positive experience home with them. The sessions are designed to ensure that there is plenty of time to get answers to any questions you may have.
Julie has always been passionate about teaching and will look forward to sharing the weekend with you all!

CARDIO TENNIS
Experience a fun, dynamic and intensive workout with a 1 hour session of Cardio Tennis.
Taught by Sam, our fully qualified tennis coach, Cardio Tennis combines circuit training with tennis.
It really is a fantastic way to keep fit whilst practicing and improving your tennis skills.
FOOD
Enjoy a sumptuous menu of freshly prepared, home grown food and regional wines during your stay.
Saturday evening culminates with a delicious feast prepared by our amazing local cook, Rick Jones.
